Recommended use

Sunflower seed oil, gelatin capsule gelatin, glycerine, colour (caramel), purified water], glucosamine hydrochloride, flaxseed oil, ginger root extract, calcium carbonate, turmeric extract, beeswax, emulsifier (soy lecithin), chondroitin sulfate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Boswellia serrata extract, quercetin, vitamin e (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), bromelain, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, sodium selenite, hyaluronic acid.
