The PROlite Yoga Mat in Sand is Manduka’s most trusted studio-grade mat, designed for teachers, professionals, and dedicated practitioners who demand long-lasting performance. Slightly thinner and lighter than the original PRO, the PROlite offers dense, supportive cushioning that protects your joints while maintaining floor-like stability for balance-focused poses.
Its closed-cell surface prevents moisture, sweat, and bacteria from absorbing into the mat, making it exceptionally hygienic and easy to clean. The proprietary dot-pattern bottom grips the floor securely, ensuring your mat stays in place during every flow. Built to withstand years of daily practice, the PROlite carries Manduka’s lifetime guarantee — a testament to its unmatched durability.
Ideal for home practice, studio classes, and small spaces, this mat delivers professional performance in a streamlined, lightweight design.
